King Charles III

I received a lovely letter dated 28th March 2025, from Buckingham Palace, from King Charles III responding to mine.  He was explaining to me about his visit to Poland to mark Holocaust Memorial Day 2025 and the 80th Anniversary of the Liberation of Auschwitz, dates of extreme importance to me as a survivor of the Holocaust.

In his speech at the Jewish Community Centre in Krakow, he stated..."the act of remembering the evils of the past remains a vital task and in so doing, we inform our present and shape our future."

I was quite touched that he would take the time to send me a letter, and I wish him the best of health and many long years to reign.
