AKC Reunite - 1-800-252-7894, will send you a dog tag that will help you reunite with your dog should it get lost. This little tag is free, but because it is a service organization it accepts donations.
I recently lost this tag and her rabies tag while traveling, so I called them to update all information since Zuzi had gained weight and changed color, and they were kind enough to mail me a new tag.
